We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including where there has been a pricing error, suspected fraudulent activity, or stock is unavailable.

Once your order has been placed, we may not be able to make changes or cancellations if it has already been processed.

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.

5. Payment

Payment is required in full before your order is processed.

We accept secure payment methods available through Shopify, including major credit and debit cards and other payment options offered at checkout.

6. Shipping

Processing and delivery times are estimates only.

Once your order has been dispatched, delivery is the responsibility of the shipping carrier. While we will assist wherever possible, Squish Fix is not responsible for delays caused by shipping providers or circumstances outside our control.

Customers are responsible for ensuring their shipping address is correct before placing an order.

7. Refunds and Returns

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind.

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

To assist with your claim, please provide:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the product
  • Photos of the packaging (where applicable)
  • A short video showing the issue, if possible

We will assess each claim individually and provide a remedy where required under the Australian Consumer Law.

Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

All content on this website, including our logo, branding, images, graphics, product descriptions, and designs, is the property of Squish Fix unless otherwise stated.

No content may be copied, reproduced, or used without our written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Squish Fix will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of our website or products.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any rights that cannot legally be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
