📦 When will my order be shipped?
Orders are usually packed and dispatched within 1–3 business days.
During busy periods, launches, or sales, processing may take a little longer. We’ll always do our best to get your squishies to you as quickly as possible!
🚚 How long does shipping take?
Shipping times depend on your location and the shipping carrier.
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive tracking information (where available) so you can follow your squishy’s journey home.
💖 Do you offer refunds?
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind.
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order with your order number, photos, and a short video (if applicable). We’ll review your claim and work with you to find a fair solution in line with Australian Consumer Law.
📸 My item arrived damaged. What should I do?
Please email us at squishfixaus@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
Please include:
- Your order number
- Photos of the item
- Photos of the packaging (if applicable)
- A short video showing the issue, where possible
We’ll review your claim and get back to you as soon as possible.
🇦🇺 Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we only ship within Australia.
We hope to offer international shipping in the future, so stay tuned! 🌏
🛍️ Can I cancel or change my order?
If your order hasn’t been packed yet, we’ll do our best to help.
Please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been processed or shipped, we may not be able to make changes or cancellations.
💕 Will sold-out products be restocked?
Some of our products will be restocked, while others may be limited edition.
